Navigation Support Program Drop-In Sessions  

Corangamite Shire's positive Ageing, Access & Inclusion team are visiting our libraries to provide information and assistance for senior residents.
Come along to one of the sessions to learn how the Navigation Support Program can help you.

We are here to help:

• Assist residents in understanding the Aged Care system including eligibility, access, assessment and how to find a service provider.
• Supporting residents to link in with other agencies including social services, health and community participation opportunities.
• Assist residents to become involved in active aging programs.
• Arranging activities to support residents be healthy, active and connected.
• Assistance with food relief.
• Linking Carers to support services and networks
• Community advocacy
• Delivery of Council’s Disability Access & Inclusion Plan 2021-2025

The Navigation Support Program is a free and confidential service.
