Justice of the Peace available at the Terang Library-

JPs can assist residents with the following:

• Attesting the execution of a document.
• Witnessing a statutory declaration.
• Witnessing an affidavit for use in court.
• Certifying true copies of an original document.
• Certifying a person’s identity.

 

Session times: Wednesdays 10am - 12pm, Fortnightly.

JPs provide a free, voluntary service and there may be times when they are not available, or hours may be affected by public holidays.
No appointments are needed but availability is best confirmed by phoning 5592 1397 before you visit the library.
